Melek

In the Traditional Ahrimanic Religion, the terminology of Melek Taus is our Guardian and Guide, is not like most people think.  There seems to be an issue in Satanism that they switch out Gawd for Satan and Jesus with Lucifer, then they do the flip/flop with Lucifer and Melek Taus.  Since Melek Taus is represented by the Peacock and His name can either Peacock King or Peacock Angel depending on translation.  If you’d bothered reading the Yazidi text, Mashaf Res, you see Melek Taus’s way of effecting mankind in what seems to be a negative way.  If not for Melek Taus, man would not be in tune with his animal nature and ability to procreate.  “Then he commanded Gabriel to escort Adam into Paradise, and to tell him that he could eat from all the trees but not of wheat. Here Adam remained for a hundred years. Thereupon, Melek Ṭâ’ûs asked God how Adam could multiply and have descendants if he were forbidden to eat of the grain. God answered, “I have put the whole matter into thy hands.” Thereupon Melek Ṭâ’ûs visited Adam and said “Have you eaten of the grain?” He answered, “No, God forbade me.” Melek Ṭâ’ûs replied and said, “Eat of the grain and all shall go better with thee.” Then Adam ate of the grain and immediately his belly was inflated. But Melek Ṭâ’ûs drove him out of the garden, and leaving him, ascended into heaven. Now Adam was troubled because his belly was inflated, for he had no outlet. God therefore sent a bird to him which pecked at his anus and made an outlet, and Adam was relieved.

Now Gabriel was away from Adam for a hundred years. And Adam was sad and weeping. Then God commanded Gabriel to create Eve from under the left shoulder of Adam., Now it came to pass, after the creation of Eve and of all the animals, that Adam and Eve quarreled over the question whether the human race should be descended from him or her, for each wished to be the sole begetter of the race. This quarrel originated in their observation of the fact that among animals both the male and the female were factors in the production of their respective species. After a long discussion Adam and Eve agreed on this: each should cast his seed into a jar, close it, and seal it with his own seal, and wait for nine months. When they opened the jars at the completion of this period, they found in Adam’s jar two children, male and female. Now from these two our sect, the Yezidis, are descended. In Eve’s jar they found naught but rotten worms emitting a foul odor. And God caused nipples to grow for Adam that he might suckle the children that proceeded from his jar. This is the reason why man has nipples.” Mashaf Res, (Black Book)

Throughout the Traditional Ahrimanic Religion, you find that anguish and suffering through sacrifice, over a period of time creates the intended goal.  In the beginning, the great God Zurvan existed alone. Desiring offspring that would create ‘heaven and hell and everything in between,’ Zurvan sacrificed for a thousand years. Towards the end of this period, androgyne Zurvan began to doubt the efficacy of sacrifice and in the moment of this doubt Ohrmuzd and Ahriman were conceived: Ohrmuzd for the sacrifice and Ahriman for the doubt. Upon realizing that twins were to be born, Zurvan resolved to grant the first-born sovereignty over creation. Ohrmuzd perceived Zurvan’s decision, which He then communicated to His brother. Ahriman then preempted Ohrmuzd by ripping open the womb to emerge first. Reminded of the resolution to grant Ahriman sovereignty, Zurvan conceded, but limited kingship to a period of 9000 years, after which Ohrmuzd would rule for all eternity (Zaehner, 1955:419-428).

In Traditional Ahrimanism, we worship the Spirit of Anguish.  It is our experience through our anguish that we are changed both subconsciously and religiously.  It should be known that Nanshait is Shiva, and here is another example of anguish.

Shiva does not always appear as the perfection of beauty and grace. In his Bhairava (Dancer's headpiece), late 16th-early 17th century.Bhairava manifestation, Shiva himself suffered from having committed the heinous crime of beheading his own father, Brama. This patricide forms an essential part of Shaivite creation mythology and can only be understood in terms of complicated metaphysical rationales. In any event, though necessary to creation, Shiva’s sin required many years of atonement during which he wandered about as a guilt-crazed beggar, pursued by a Fury, while his father’s skull clung to his hand to become his begging bowl. Only upon reaching the holy city of Benares did he receive absolution and the begging bowl drop from his hand.
Bhairava’s guilt drove him to insanity and Indian artists and sculptors portrayed his horrible madness more frequently than his pathos. Such a frightful image should be regarded with awe and respect, especially by the devotee who, while recognising the sin of Shiva, is at the same time assured of the god’s mastery of and transcendence over all apparent evil and suffering:

Axe, Drum, Sword, Bow and Arrows,
Trident, Skull, Three Fiery Eyes,
Blood-red colored Clothes,
Poison-blue Body, Full of Cobras, Frightful Face!
But, Oh Shiva! Bestower of Pleasant Boons,
I worship your Non-Frightful Figure!
(From Pancaratragama,
trans. Prof. Sooda L. Bhatt)

Ultimately Shiva offers a resolution to all paradoxes of existence through his mythic roles and actions which contrast, combine, and transcend life’s dualities.

As a Devil Worshiper, you will constantly be faced with life altering anguish,  This anguish is your cocoon of change.  Nobody comes to Devil Worship without the pain and abuse given onto them by those closest to them.  Here are many examples of deities that have dealt with, created, or grant the life altering anguish.  Always know that you are a part of Father Ahriman’s Great Spiritual Plan. Whether or not, if he is testing you with fire or hardening you with ice.
